Book a table! Located in San Antonio on the Sunset Strip, Mint is a new concept of a lounge-bar with fresh cocktails and authentic Italian cuisine with artisan pizzas, suggestive pasta dishes and refreshing salads. The cocktails are made with tropical fruit, with specialties like the delicious passion fruit caipiroska.
One option is to spend the evening meandering along the main beach watching the sun go down beyond the marina. You can grab a seat at the Ibiza Rocks Bar or Itaca Ibiza to enjoy dinner or a cocktail and people watch as the promenade comes alive at sunset. On another evening head to tiny Calo des Moro at the north end of the strip and enjoy the best spot for a sunset swim.
While it has garnered a reputation as a party hotspot over the years, San Antonio is also a favourite with locals, who descend in the evenings and at weekends to take advantage of its excellent restaurant scene. San Antonio is home to an extensive range of bars, clubs and restaurants in the famous West End and the surrounding pedestrianised lanes, as well as on the lovely promenade. In San An, you will find the famous Sunset Strip with the famous Sunset bars, undeniably a legendary spot on Ibiza and a rite of passage for anyone visiting the White Isle for the first or even the 15th time.
The Sunset Strip is, without doubt, one of my favourite places to go on Ibiza to watch the sun sink beneath the waves. It is an iconic setting, just away from the main San Antonio harbour and is easily reached on foot along the coastal footpath. It is suitable for children of all ages but be aware it can be very crowded at times so do keep an eye on them it also great for teenagers to experience world class DJs for the first time.
Ibiza has so much to offer from beautiful beaches, restaurants, bars and clubs, for such a small island, there is an abundance of wonderful things to choose from when filling up your holiday schedule. It goes without saying that a weekend on Ibiza is not enough time to fit in all of the cool excursions you dream of, so to ensure you make the most out of your holiday, Clubtickets are on hand to fill you in with some juicy hot-spots and Ibiza knowledge that will make your trip even more special. You might be knackered from the evening before and attempting to force a disco nap before your next big night, but dragging yourself out to the rocks of Mambos or to a glorious beach to watch the sun go down is a magical moment and a holiday highlight for many.
